On July 29^th and 30^th, the School of Engineering widely opened its doors. This year the Open Campus attracted more than 8000 visitors, mainly high school students in search of information for their future educational paths. It is a unique opportunity to visit research laboratories and discover the research that is being conducted at the School of Engineering.

During two bustling but well-organized days, laboratories came out of the closet with their promotion booth. Students are all involved at different levels in promoting their laboratories. Some are assigned to make oral presentations while others assist the public during demonstrations, and the ones responsible for “sales” are in charge of attracting high school students walking by and bringing them back to the laboratory.
